Why most of our clients invest 200 miles from home.
About 80% of our investors don't live in South Wales. They live in Kent, Surrey, Berkshire, parts of London, and as far afield as Sweden. They invest here because the maths just doesn't work where they live. Cardiff, Swansea and Newport consistently produce gross yields between 8 and 11%. The South East struggles to break 5%. Same money, same effort, different postcode.
